The boys had their faces painted (not the first time) Alexander was a dragon and Jaxon was Spiderman (big surprise).
We watched the real Lumberjacks saw logs, then we all took a turn at the saw. It is so much harder than it looks.
The boys and Alana took turns shooting bow and arrows. They had fake animal targets. Alexander shot the deer. As he was taking his arrow out of the fake deer, he pulled the deer's head right off its body. "Mom, I really killed it!"
Alana was not able to hit any of the large animals, she managed only to hit the cute little fox! I could not believe it! We consider her part of the Fox family, so it was very disheartening when she shot down one of our own. How rude!
Jaxon was able to ride a big plastic horse. He knew just what to say when we put him up on it, "Yee-haw!"
It was a great day, we all had so much fun. Thanks Uncle Danny for the invitation.

i'm sorry! apparently i only have good aim when aiming for things that are near and dear to my heart- all of the other things just don't deserve the appropriate amounts of concentration and dedication! :) question- why is our sawing video not posted?! haha what a fun day!
