The boys love to walk down Nani's pier to eat at Ruby's diner. It was a great time going with Mema, Nana and Poppi.

Birthday in Beaver

It was Dayne's 2nd birthday. We stopped in Beaver on our way home from Las Vegas. He wanted his favorite treat, popcorn. We had to take some photos. He loves having his picture taken.

Vegas Tooth Fairy

Alexander lost a tooth while we were staying in Las Vegas. He was worried that the tooth fairy would not be able to find him. Luckily she did find him and she left poker chips under his pillow.

More Island

Dieter & Daddy

These boys have been friends since before they were born. Even though they are great big grown ups now with little boys of their own, they still love playing together.

Boys on Balboa

Daddy and Dieter enjoyed Balboa Bars on the island when they were little boys. It was so much fun seeing them pass on the tradition to their little boys.

Finally Here!

The boys in front of Nani's house at Seal Beach after 12 hours in the car. Yes, that is the beach right across the street.

Petting Zoo in Scipio

On our way to California in February we stopped to get gas in a little town named Scipio. When I handed the clerk my money, I noticed hay in her hair. "I was just out feeding my Zebra.", was her reply when I informed her of the hay. We just had to see the Zebra. A zebra was not all we were able to see, they had ponies, llamas, and a few ostrich.
Animals love Alexander, the pony tried to steal his jacket and one of the ostriches poked him in the head. Jason and I could not stop laughing, but Alexander was not amused. It was by far the most memorable stops on the way.

First visit

Dayne had his first visit to the dentist. He was such a big boy, very brave.

Halloween (again)

My friend Natalie just sent me these pictures she took of our boys together this past Halloween. They are just too cute not to post. So Happy Halloween in January.

While putting away Christmas decorations Dayne came running out naked. Instead of letting him run around naked I started to tie tissue paper all over him. He loved it! He was not happy when it was time to take it off and put on pajamas.

Toasting to the New Year
