Dayne Xavier Fox

Friday the 13th was a perfect day for the Fox family.
I went into labor at 4 am. This was the last picture of my big belly.
Jason thought this was a perfect time for a picture with the best doctor ever, Dr. Michael Draper. And, yes, that is my leg, I am just there enjoying my painful contractions while my cute husband is thinking of good photo opportunities.
Here he is, Dayne Xavier Fox, the first time I held my little boy.
He weighed 6 pounds 4.4 ounces and was 19 inches long.

We are so blessed to have such a healthy beautiful baby boy. We love him so much and look forward to spending our lives with him.

Nani and Momo's

When we were in California we spent an evening with Jason's grandparents Nani and Momo, they are both 90 years old! Alexander and Jaxon were so excited to see their great-grandparents. Jason's Uncle Rick, Aunt Bonnie and cousins Elise and Lauryn were there too. It was so good to see all of them, it had been way too long.
Alexander was so happy to be able to celebrate Shabbat with his Great-Nani. He lights the candles every Friday at school but to do it with family was such a wonderful treat. It was a memory I will cherish.
Jaxon and Uncle Rick had a major wrestling session. Uncle Rick was such a blast to play with. He took the boys down to see the firemen at the beach. They came back with firefighter hats, super cool!
Moe and the boys played loud horns all over the house. It only bothered those of us that could actually hear the loud horns. Momo and the boys loved making the loud "music" and it was really fun to see the boys having such a good time with their great-grandparents. I am so thankful we were able to make the trip and spend time with them. I wish we could do it more often.

Road Trip

We took a road trip to California with the boys. The long car ride I was dreading actually turned out to be a fun adventure. We stopped in St. George to spend time with our friends Danny and Natalie Kemp.
We even stayed a night in Las Vegas at the Hooters Hotel. (It was only $25. for the night) Alexander was excited to stay in a hotel and really like Hooters. He said, "Look Mom, it is called Hooters because of the Owl." We let him think that is the real reason, but couldn't help snap a picture of him reading the brochure. I am sure he will think this is really cool when he is 16 years old.

In and Out

We took a road trip to California last week. We stopped in St. George to see our friends Danny and Natalie Kemp. We met up with them in Utah's first In and Out.
Alexander and Jaxon love eating at In and Out, after all that is what a burger is all about!

Grandma Pam''s

We all love going to Grandma Pam's house! I love spending time chatting and the boys love playing with the big boys. Mac and Dom are always so awesome to let Alexander and Jaxon "play" video games with them. They really play for them and let Alex and Jax think they are playing. We are so blessed to have the entire Visser family in our lives, we love all of them so much.

My Alien!

Jaxon took finger painting to a whole new level when he decided to face and arm paint too.
"Look Mom, I am an alien!"
It would have not been such a big deal but the paint he was using was acrylic paint not just good old wash off finger paint. Alexander had been a great big brother and climbed up high to get this special green paint for this little brother. This is the reason I took the pictures of my little alien in the shower. He is one cute creature!

Boxing in the basement

Our boys love to go down in the basement with Dad and play boxing. The other night our friend Janis and her son Jansen came over to play with the boys. Jaxon could not wait to show Jansen his Daddy's boxing gloves. Jansen was really excited to put on the gloves and play box too. Jason was the coach and after giving a few pointers he found himself the target of a boxing attack. Everyone had a great time and lots of exercise!
